وزارت اقتصاد و دارایی کره جنوبی اعلام کرد که در سه ماهه چهارم سال 2026، یک برنامه آزمایشی برای توکنهای سپردهگذاری بلاکچین در شهر سجونگ راهاندازی خواهد کرد تا جایگزین پرداختهای سنتی با کارتهای خرید دولتی شود.
این پروژه تحت برنامهی سندباکس نظارتی ۲۰۲۶ تصویب شده است و به موسسات اجازه میدهد هزینههای تبلیغ کسب و کار را به صورت سپردههای توکنیزه شده پرداخت کنند. پرداختهای توکنی میتوانند محدودیتهای هزینه و محدودههای موجود در صنعت را از پیش تعیین کنند و با حذف واسطههایی مانند شبکههای کارتی، به کاهش نیاز به حسابرسیهای دستی و کاهش هزینههای تراکنش برای کسبوکارهای کوچک کمک کنند.
این دومین کاربرد توکنهای سپرده در عملیات مالی، پس از تکمیل اولین طرح آزمایشی در برنامه یارانه زیرساخت شارژ خودروهای برقی است. اگر این طرح آزمایشی مؤثر واقع شود، وزارت دارایی کره جنوبی قصد دارد این برنامه را بیشتر ترویج دهد.
