2. What is the VIP protection period?
Enjoy up to 14 days of VIP protection after your first VIP promotion or upgrade via futures or spot trading.
3. How often are VIP levels updated, and when do the perks take effect?
VIP levels are automatically updated at 02:00 AM (UTC+8) the following day. Once your level is updated, your new VIP benefits will take effect immediately.
4. How do I know which VIP level I qualify for?
VIP levels are determined by your futures trading volume (USDT), spot trading volume (USDT), WXT holdings, and asset balance (USDT). You'll enjoy the benefits corresponding to the highest VIP level you qualify for.
