Disney to Make $1 Billion Equity Investment in OpenAI, Bringing Disney IP to Sora
BlockBeats News, December 11th, The Walt Disney Company reached a milestone agreement with OpenAI, where Disney will make a $1 billion equity investment in OpenAI. Additionally, the two parties have entered into a partnership agreement. Under this three-year licensing agreement, Sora will be able to generate user-triggered short social videos for fans to watch and share, covering content from over 200 Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars characters.
