سازمان نظارت مالی بریتانیا (FCA) پیشنویس نهایی چارچوب داراییهای دیجیتال را منتشر کرد. این آییننامه جدید قرار است تا ۲۵ اکتبر ۲۰۲۷، اکثر فعالیتهای مربوط به ارزهای دیجیتال را تحت نظارت قانون خدمات و بازارهای مالی قرار دهد.
طبق این پیشنهاد، هر موسسهای که داراییهای رمزنگاریشده مشتری را بیش از ۲۴ ساعت در اختیار داشته باشد یا توانایی لغو مجوزهای مشتری را داشته باشد، به عنوان متولی قانونی در نظر گرفته میشود و باید مجوز کامل حفاظت را داشته باشد. اعتبارسنجها و اپراتورهای گره که ویژگیهای ارزش افزوده مانند بازده یا سرمایهگذاری مجدد پاداش را ارائه میدهند، معافیتهای فنی خود را از دست خواهند داد. علاوه بر این، صادرکنندگان استیبل کوین در بریتانیا باید کل چرخه عمر را از صدور تا بازخرید کنترل کنند. مؤسسات مربوطه باید درخواستهای مجوز را بین 30 سپتامبر 2026 و 28 فوریه 2027 ارسال کنند.
